Shipping Policy

All Orders Are Shipped From Our Main Office in Houston, Texas.

Total delivery time is the period from the time you order the product to the time you receive it and is composed of two parts: processing and shipping time.

The processing period starts from when your order and payment have been successfully confirmed until the item you have ordered leaves the warehouse. The shipping time starts when the item you purchased has already left the warehouse until it reaches your shipping address.

When your order is processed and confirmed, it will show the product availability and the estimated time of arrival. The estimated time of arrival is determined by adding the maximum processing and shipping time. The standard processing time will take 2-3 business days while the average shipping time takes about 3-5 business days. However, this is only applicable in 48 states in the U.S. Shipping in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico usually takes approximately 5-7 business days.

Our shipping rates are based on order weight. Diabetes test strips and lancets are about .1 lb.

If you wish to exchange or return the product you have ordered, it must be reported to our customer service department within 5 days. Email us immediately at arifrahim2@gmail.com with your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return so that we will be able to locate your order form and process the refund. All returned products must be in the same good condition in which they were received. We will not acknowledge or accept returned items that are opened, damaged, or partially used.
